Cole and Grant have decided to chip in to the
ol' Bed & Breakfast. We're not sure whether to list this under "cuisine" or activities. You decide. This is how it goes:
Fill bucket with water or other suitable liquid. (They have a way with buckets, and have been termed "bucket brigade" by the Z-Team, which name shall hereafter stick.) Dip hands in dirt, then rinse thoroughly.
Stir constantly, adding dirt by handfuls at a time.
You'll know when it's enough dirt when stirring becomes labored.
Everyone gets to stir. (side note - never criticize the way another boy stirs. There's more than one way to mix mud.)
We're still working on mud making etiquette. Normally, no shovel pointing - especially when the other boy isn't looking (that's just back-
stabbingly mean.)
Test temperature. (Yep - still cold.)
