Global warming?? Hahaha. In the PacWest, we've been setting records for one of the coolest summers ever. Hard to believe it's almost over - we're still waiting for it to start. Our pool has sat full of water and empty of kids almost all summer. And when they did get in, it was for the love of water, not to cool off.

Of course, with one of our first stretches of warmer weather coming up this week (3 days in a row of 81° forecast!) our pool mysteriously collapsed, and we don't feel like wasting another 2000+ gallons of water so we can all stare at it and our friends' toddlers can dump sand in it. If we want to swim in cold water, we always have the coast.
