In our house, it's "tickle tiger" that always brings the tears. But there's no stopping them. Every day is another game of tickle tiger and another set of tears...
OUCH! Poor little guy! We've seen so many sides of Festus and his rocky path through life, his ups and downs - his determination. It tugs at heartstrings when it looks so painful.
Apparently (no puns intended) that's the mortality part of parenting, that we learn different levels of compassion when we have to watch the trials and uncomfortable things our children go through. Some of them we can't do anything about - they have to experience the pain, but so do we.
