Cruncher Broadcasting System

The boys got their first major network air time this week. We are participating in the KidFest Norhtwest Portland show with our Outdoor Adventure Kid company. The organizer called Sue up last week and asked if she would like to be on the Better Portland morning show on the local Fox affiliate. Here's the result: http://www.kptv.com/video/18803077/index.html. You'll want to skip to the 2:15 point to see the relevant portion. The boys were not so much camera shy, as just plain uncooperative, but they're still two-year-olds for another few days. Once they turn 3 they're going to be well behaved, obedient, and start earning their keep (by taking their modeling roles seriously.) Right?

Thankyou so much for taping that so we could see it - it is so exciting! Sue you look so great and so do the boys!! They didn't look uncooperative during those few seconds, but we'll take your word for it!! Love you all!!

Niiiice! You do look great Sue. I told Missy we'd be seeing the boys in a couple of weeks and she somehow came up with the idea that we'd be making popcorn with them!?

Wow! I'm so proud of you Sue! You looked like a pure natural on TV. Good luck with all the "fests" this year (aren't you going to one in Utah as well?). Oh, and I hope you really are kidding yourself when you think 3 is when they start behaving. That's the age they start telling YOU to behave! At least my 3 year old, is just a bigger and mouthier version of a 2 year old! But they sure are cute still! :)

You all should have seen Sue at the show. She was in all her glory -- doing what she does best. Her charisma is like a people magnet. When she was visible, people were just drawn to the booth in a steady stream. When she was out of sight (nursing baby Cruncher), business mysteriously disappeared. She is remarkable...but then, you all know that.
